QUALITY CONTROL
Quality begins with drawing review and continues through incoming material checks, first-article confirmation, process inspection, finish review, final inspection and export packaging.
01 / BEFORE PRODUCTION
Critical characteristics are identified before parts enter production.
Part revision, dimensions, tolerances, finish callouts and acceptance criteria are confirmed.
Grade, thickness and available certificates are checked against the approved order.
02 / DURING PRODUCTION
Checks are placed where variation can be detected and corrected early.
Initial parts are inspected before the batch proceeds through the full route.
Calipers, gauges and project-specific measuring methods verify key features.
Joint quality, grinding, grain direction, color and cosmetic surfaces are reviewed.
03 / RELEASE
Parts are released against agreed criteria before shipment.
Inspection level is selected according to part risk and customer requirements.
Film, foam, edge guards, cartons or cases are selected to protect finished surfaces.
